At Oak & Vine Designs, every piece is crafted with care, and we hope you love your order as much as we loved making it!

We gladly accept returns on **non-personalized items** if you’re not fully satisfied. Because personalized items are made just for you, they are **not eligible for return or exchange** unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return:
- Contact us within **14 days of delivery**
- Ship the item back within **7 days of contacting us**

 🚚 Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is received.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
