  2. Can I personalize my item? Yes! We specialize in creating personalized home and event decor items. Simply select the item you would like to purchase and follow the prompts to personalize it with your desired text or design.

  3. How long does it take to receive my order? Our processing time is typically 1 to 2 weeks. Once your order has shipped, it typically takes an additional 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location and shipping method.

  4. Do you offer rush orders? Yes, we offer rush orders for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your options.

  5. What is your return policy? Because our items are personalized, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.  None personalized items may be returned if you are not satisfied with the item received.  The buyer is responsible for the returned shipping.

  6. Can I cancel my order? If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it for you. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it.
